Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication & Sales Support
Respond to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and video calls
Assist with quotations, follow-ups, and customer problem resolution
Maintain professional, timely, and service-oriented communication
Support the sales team in converting inquiries into bookings
Learn to handle objections and find solutions when customers hesitate
Partner & Relations Coordination
Assist in managing relationships with partner accommodations, airlines, and service providers
Follow up on availability, pricing, confirmations, and operational details
Make outbound calls and coordinate information to ensure smooth execution
Learn professional relationship management and follow-through
Administrative & Commercial Support
Assist in tracking commission rates, partner agreements, and contracts
Support preparation of reports, invoices, and basic reconciliations
Maintain structured records for pricing, packages, and partner data
Support internal coordination between sales, operations, and finance
Digital Marketing & Growth Support
Assist with digital marketing activities such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, or influencer coordination (training provided)
Support website package updates and campaign tracking
Learn performance tracking and reporting for marketing initiatives
Overseas Sales Exposure
Support outreach to international travel agents and partners
Assist in maintaining communication and relationship follow-ups
Learn long-cycle relationship building and patience-driven sales
Candidate Profile (Key Selection Criteria)
Requirements
Recent graduate (Bachelor's degree completed within the last 1 - 2 years)
0 - 1 year work experience (internship or attachment acceptable)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, basic office tools, and online platforms
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and accept feedback Desired
Academic Backgrounds Business, Commerce, Economics, tourism, Accounting, Finance, or Management Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality (Other degrees considered if the candidate demonstrates strong aptitude)
