The ideal candidate must have proven experience supervising Van Sales Representatives (VSRs) and Sales Representatives managing key distributors within the FMCG sector, with strong knowledge of sales, distribution, route-to-market operations, and team performance management. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG sector, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/team leadership capacity.
