We are seeking a result-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, supervising sales staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily sales activities
Set sales targets and ensure team meets or exceeds targets
Train, coach, and motivate sales representatives
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
Ensure proper product display and stock availability
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Enforce company sales policies and procedures
Requirements
Minimum of BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or Senior Sales Representative
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer service
Basic computer skills (Excel, reports, POS is an advantage)
