We are looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives within an assigned territory. The role is responsible for delivering volume, revenue, market share, and distribution targets while ensuring strong trade execution and team performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, coach, and supervise Sales Representatives
Deliver territory sales targets (Volume, Revenue, Collections)
Drive numeric and weighted distribution
Monitor stock levels and minimize out-of-stock situations
Implement trade marketing initiatives in assigned region
Ensure route discipline and daily sales reporting
Manage debtor days and credit control within territory
Conduct regular market audits and competitor analysis
Drive team capability development and performance reviews
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 4-5 years' FMCG sales experience At least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong understanding of General Trade route-to-market
Valid driving license (motorbike/car depending on territory)
Strong leadership and coaching skills
