Our client is looking to hire a Sales Supervisor in the IT Department.
Job Description
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channel. Pitch for business in accordance to market trends and needs, drive sales in the department to meet set target. In charge of all activities and staff in the department. Successfully lead a team of fifteen (sales, technical) to consistently meet monthly targets. In charge of fostering a collaborative and high performance work culture. Oversee strategic planning and business development initiatives resulting to increase in revenue. Managing the department and overseeing daily activities in the department. Send introduction letters to potential clients and generating sales, attending conferences and responding to RFQs to closure. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, providing solutions and alternatives within the time limits Participation in trainings and providing accurate and prompt on m- call support to clients professionally. Generation of daily activity and status reports in the department on sales. Familiarization of company products and services to effectively understand client inquiries, therefor enhancing feedback and timely response to clients. Maintaining solid customer relationships by handing questions and concerns professionally, maintaining positive attitude towards clients at all times. Representing the department in management meetings and ensure delivery of assigned tasks. Participation in performance appraisal of staff in department. Other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor/ Management from time to time.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, business IT and any other related field. Should be business oriented and quick to learn. Strong analytical organizational and time management skills. Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal communication and customer service details. An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Proficiency in Ms. Power point. Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
