Our client is looking to hire a Sales Supervisor in the IT Department.

Job Description

 Respond promptly to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channel.  Pitch for business in accordance to market trends and needs, drive sales in the department to meet set target.  In charge of all activities and staff in the department.  Successfully lead a team of fifteen (sales, technical) to consistently meet monthly targets.  In charge of fostering a collaborative and high performance work culture.  Oversee strategic planning and business development initiatives resulting to increase in revenue.  Managing the department and overseeing daily activities in the department.  Send introduction letters to potential clients and generating sales, attending conferences and responding to RFQs to closure.  Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, providing solutions and alternatives within the time limits  Participation in trainings and providing accurate and prompt on m- call support to clients professionally.  Generation of daily activity and status reports in the department on sales.  Familiarization of company products and services to effectively understand client inquiries, therefor enhancing feedback and timely response to clients.  Maintaining solid customer relationships by handing questions and concerns professionally, maintaining positive attitude towards clients at all times.  Representing the department in management meetings and ensure delivery of assigned tasks.  Participation in performance appraisal of staff in department.  Other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor/ Management from time to time.

Qualifications

 A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, business IT and any other related field.  Should be business oriented and quick to learn.  Strong analytical organizational and time management skills.  Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal communication and customer service details.  An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.  Proficiency in Ms. Power point.  Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
