Summary
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of marketers/realtors, and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilties
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales executives/realtors
Drive property sales and client acquisition
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met
Train and mentor new and existing team members
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Organize site inspections and client presentations
Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on all deals.
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate, sales, or marketing (Team lead experience is a plus)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to close deals and meet targets consistently
Result-oriented mindset with high level of discipline
Good knowledge of property sales is an advantage
Must be self-driven, ambitious, and proactive.
