We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce implementation and a strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance within the financial services sector.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to enhance our banking operations while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions to meet the business requirements of the banking operations
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Ensure the Salesforce platform is configured and maintained in compliance with AML regulations and standards
Implement best practices for Salesforce development and deployment to ensure scalability and maintainability
Develop and maintain integrations with other systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and other team members
Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices to continuously improve the platform
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation
Strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance requirements in the financial services sector
Experience working in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
