This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Eldoret. The Salesperson will engage directly with existing and potential customers to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with clients, managing the sales process, generating leads, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves staying informed about the company's products and services to effectively communicate and address client inquiries.
Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and experience in lead generation and client management.
Knowledge of financial products and solutions, such as loans, credit facilities, and related services, or willingness to learn.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience in the financial sector or knowledge of SME financing is desirable but not required.
