This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and effectively promoting Platinum Credit's financial products. Daily tasks include reaching out to new clients, understanding their needs, advising on suitable loan products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
Sales and Marketing experience, with strong skills in persuasion and client relationship management
Proficiency in communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively
Proven ability to meet sales targets and handle rejection constructively
Organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage multiple client accounts
Understanding of financial products and prior relevant experience in the microfinance or banking sector is an advantage
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
A self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales
