Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos for a School Administrator. The School Administrator will oversee day-to-day school operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with educational policies. Responsibilities include coordinating academic schedules, supporting teaching staff, managing resources, and developing strategies for school improvements. The role requires collaboration with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to create a conducive learning environment.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with staff, students, and parents
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and organizational tasks, including managing school resources and operations
Experience in Lesson Planning and curriculum development, with a focus on enhancing educational outcomes
Knowledge of Education systems and practices, along with a background in teaching or academic leadership
Proven skills in Educational Leadership to inspire and guide staff and foster a supportive school culture
Proficiency with technology and digital tools for educational and administrative purposes
NCE, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in school administration or a similar leadership role is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, email systems & school management software
Preferably resident within the Surulere environment
