Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:


Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:


Provide supervised and confidential counselling support to students through individual or small group sessions
Support learners with personal, social, emotional, or educational concerns under the guidance of the School Counsellor
Help students identify goals, develop action plans, and build self-awareness through reflective and therapeutic processes
Maintain appropriate and confidential counselling records in accordance with school policies
Participate in student support meetings and professional learning discussions
Support counselling programme scheduling, data collection, and preparation of materials
Assist with counselling events, awareness campaigns, and parent workshops
Contribute to a culture of belonging, inclusion, respect, and student well-being
Participate in biweekly supervision sessions with a member of the counselling department
Attend professional learning workshops and reflective practice sessions
Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practice
Uphold all school safeguarding, ethical, and confidentiality requirements
Contribute positively to the wider school community
