Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or Social Work
Example: B.Ed. in Guidance & Counseling, BA/BSc Psychology, or Social Work
Registered with relevant professional body (e.g., KPCA)
Minimum of 5 years' experience in school counseling
Must be a saved and practicing Christian
Skills & Competencies:
Student guidance, career counseling, and emotional support
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to provide individual and group counseling sessions
Collaborates effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff
