Our client, a reputable secondary school in Nairobi, invites applications from experienced educational leaders to partner with the Principal in driving academic excellence and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Education with a Management course from a recognized institution.
A Master's Degree in Business Administration or Education will be an added advantage.
Must be TSC registered and computer literate.
Minimum of ten (10) years' teaching experience in a high school, with at least five (5) years in a private school.
At least five (5) years' experience serving as a Deputy Principal.
Demonstrated record of high academic achievement as a key performance indicator.
Must provide evidence of subject performance and trend analysis.
Strong understanding of CBC and IGCSE curricula.
Excellent leadership, planning, organizational, and managerial skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, with excellent oral and written English
