Qualifications
Must be a graduate (B.Ed. or any other degree; PGDE is an added advantage)
Prior leadership or school management experience is an advantage, but not compulsory
Must be computer literate
Must possess strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
Must be confident, proactive, and able to lead a diverse team
Must demonstrate a clear vision for educational excellence and growth
Must be resident in Aba, Abia State
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for the school's academic and administrative operations
Supervise and coordinate teaching and non-teaching staff
Ensure delivery of a high-quality curriculum and learning experience
Maintain discipline and uphold the school's values and standards
Oversee both day and boarding school operations
Drive student performance, staff development, and overall school growth
