Key Responsibilities


Manage the school reception and front office operations.
Receive and attend to parents, visitors, and other stakeholders professionally.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and telephone calls.
Maintain student, staff, and administrative records.
Support admissions, student registration, and filing systems.
Prepare reports, letters, minutes, and other administrative documents.
Manage office supplies and coordinate administrative activities.
Ensure confidentiality of school information and records.


Qualifications and Requirements


Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Office Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years\' experience in a busy office environment, preferably in a school setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
