Job Description
Interested candidates are expected to:
Assign teachers' supervisory duties on the school yard, in the cafeteria or in hallways.
Set exam schedules for students and assign teachers to proctor the exams.
Help set the agenda for monthly staff meetings; form committees for teachers
Liaise with neighboring schools; and attend meetings
Participatein the interview, hiring and selection process of school staff
Help teachers improve in problem areas. Vice principals help resolve conflicts that arise between teachers, while regularly observing and evaluating teacher performance.
Interact with Students and Parents
Keepup to date on issues andhelpensure that teachers are compliant with educational reform initiatives determined by the school
