Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Masterto join our dynamic, fully remote team.
You will facilitate Agile processes, remove obstacles, and ensure the team delivers high-quality products on time.
You will act as a servant leader, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Guide the team in applyingAgile/Scrum principlesto maximize productivity and quality.
Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
Foster a culture ofcontinuous improvementand open communication.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear and prioritized backlog.
Track and report on sprint progress, team performance, and delivery timelines.
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Scrum Masterin a software development environment.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks(Scrum, Kanban) and Agile metrics.
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in aremote, distributed teamenvironment.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
Familiarity with tools likeJira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
