Grade 12
At least six months' relevant experience in an administrative support environment
Computer literacy
Experience working with SAP and IBIS will be an added advantage
Must undergo a criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost


Primary functions


Print pay slips for personnel
Solve all salary enquiries
Conduct data capturing of time sheets daily for each team and their members
Answer the telephone and take messages when necessary
Be responsible for leave administration
Type letters, reports, etc
File all correspondence in the prescribed files
Open personnel files for new appointments
Remove files of personnel who have resigned or passed away and file in the prescribed cabinet
Ensure that the photocopier is in working order
Sort and distribute daily correspondence to the designated section or official
Conduct injury on duty administration
Conduct administration regarding all service terminations
Draft clinic attendance letters
Take and type minutes at meetings
Conduct asset management
Man and administrate weighbridge activities
