We are a reputable Security Company seeking to fill position of Area Manager
Key Roles/Tasks.
Develop effective operation systems and processes
Frequently undertake assignment risk assessments audits
Review and administer standard operating procedures for all assignments
Labour planning of off duty and leave rota for Security Officers
Manage incidents by undertaking investigation effectively and efficiently
Institute disciplinary action on Operation staff under command
Ensure the assignments under command are well covered by replacing absentee security officers immediately
Spot check the Occurrence books and assignment checklists on site in line with supervision management
Check and approve payroll and ensure all security officers are captured.
Brief the security officers on all assignment operating procedures
Evaluate the performance of the operation staff under command and recommend training or coaching sessions on need basis
Carry out market intelligence and give feedback to management
Actively engage in branch development and growth activities
Qualifications and key skills
Must have atleast five year's experience in management of security guards under Private Security Industry.
Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
Excellent communication skills, report writing skills and fully computer literate.
Resilient under pressure and ability to work with minimal supervision.
