Job Summary:
The Security Supervisor is responsible for the safety and security of telecom infrastructure, personnel, and assets within assigned sites. The role includes developing and implementing security plans, supervising security personnel, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Security Supervisor coordinates with law enforcement agencies and internal stakeholders to mitigate risks and respond to security incidents effectively.
Supervise and direct the activities of security guards
Oversee daily security operations, including patrols, access control, and surveillance activities, to ensure compliance with security protocols and standards.
Coordinate security measures to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access to property or premises.
Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures to address various security threats and breaches
Conduct security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend measures to enhance security and minimize risks
Investigate security incidents, accidents, or breaches, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions as necessary
Coordinate with law enforcement agencies or emergency responders as needed to resolve security-related incidents and ensure appropriate follow-up measures
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, landlords, and management, regarding security-related matters and concerns
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Security Management, Criminology, or related field.
5 - 8 years of experience in security supervision, preferably in telecom or infrastructure sectors.
Knowledge of security systems, CCTV, and incident response.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle emergencies and work under pressure.
