Seed Production Research Executive at Farm Managers SA

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS


Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Seed Science, Crop Science, Plant Breeding,
Horticulture, or related field. Master's degree is an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years' experience in agricultural research, seed production, or agronomy.
Proven experience in managing field trials and analyzing agronomic data.
Exposure to hybrid seed production operations is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership and project management capability.
Strong knowledge of seed production systems, crop management, and certification processes.
Proficiency in research design, data analysis, and reporting.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Analytical, results-driven, and problem-solving mindset.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
