Job Summary
Responsible for the support, development and retention of key client relationships, drive business growth and contribute to achieving organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with assigned key accounts, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to ensure client satisfaction and delivery of services/products.
Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Develop and execute account strategies aligned with company goals.
Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reporting/insights.
Support senior management in developing client engagement strategies.
Foster teamwork and contribute to a customer-centric culture.
Address client queries/complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certification (ACA, ICAN, or equivalent) is mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of experience in account management/sales in a corporate environment.
Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial/business data.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
