Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or related field from a recognized institution.
Professional qualification such as cpa (k) / acca or equivalent.
At least 5 years' relevant experience, with 3 years in a senior finance or revenue management role, preferably in a hospital or large public institution.
Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management in healthcare settings.
Experience in health insurance claims management (including sha/nhif systems).
Proficiency in financial systems and hospital management information systems (hmis).
Strong analytical, reporting, and financial control skills.
Knowledge of public finance management act and county financial procedures.
High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
Proficiency in computer applications (excel, financial systems, reporting tools).
