Qualifications
Bachelors degree in accounting,
Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Proficient in using accounting software and ms office, especially excel.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Experience in quickbooks.
Experience in erp will be an added advantage.
Experience
At least 5 years experience as a senior accountant in a busy company.
Those with experience working in a marketing agency will have an added advantage.
One should have all rounded general accounting skills.
Main responsibilities
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Cost analysis and control.
Produce error free accounting reports and present their results.
Salary: kshs. 100,000 - 120,000 plus company benefits

Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
Provide technical support and advice on management accountant.
Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers.
Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process.
Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.
Assist with tax audits and tax returns. Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
Develop and document business
Processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Preparation of cash flow projections and keep track of cash flow requirements of the organization.
Ensure the accounting financial records are in compliance with
Established policies, procedures and standards.
Submitting annual tax returns.
Coordinating with auditors in preparing audit reports
