Job Summary
The Senior Accountant is responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, managing reconciliations, statutory compliance, and preparing financial reports to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Review and ensure all daily financial transactions are accurately recorded.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàPrepare daily bank reconciliations.
Maintain and update creditors ageing reports on a weekly basis.
Handle statutory obligations including PAYE, Pension, VAT, and WHT remittances.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàPrepare and submit required financial reports and schedules.
Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Perform any other finance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
ICAN/ACCA qualification is an added advantage.
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàMinimum of 5 years' experience in accounting or finance roles.
