Key Responsibilities


Provide a Specialist and Professional Human Resources Service with regards to Talent & Skills, Employment Equity, Organisation Effectiveness, Industrial Relations, and Leadership Development etc.
Provide professional advice and guidance on policies, procedures, processes and systems *
Provide a Generalist Human Resources service across the entire HR value chain *
Project management and participation as HR generalist to different initiatives
Client relations and specialist advice


Minimum requirements

Qualification(s)


B Degree/B-Tech in Human Resources or Social/Behavioural Sciences at NQF 7 with 360 Credits


Related Experience:


5 years' Experience Sound experience in general Human Resources management and practices
