Job Summary
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and design-driven Senior Architect to lead the conception, design, and delivery of high-end residential and commercial developments.
This role requires strong technical depth, aesthetic excellence, and the ability to translate vision into world-class built environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural design from concept through construction
Produce and review detailed architectural drawings and specifications
Coordinate consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
Ensure designs comply with regulatory, safety, and planning standards
Oversee site implementation to ensure design integrity and quality
Contribute to value engineering, innovation, and project optimization.
Requirements
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Architecture (MNIA/ARCON registration required)
Minimum of 8 - 12 years post-qualification experience in real estate development
Strong portfolio of executed residential/commercial projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
