Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge
Educational and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related quantitative discipline.
Professional qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CFA, ACA, CIFA or equivalent) - completed or in progress.
Strong foundation in financial accounting, corporate finance and valuation principles.
Experience & knowledge
Typically, 3 - 5 years of experience in financial modelling, transaction services, corporate finance, investment banking, valuations, or consulting.
Demonstrated experience building and reviewing complex financial models in a transaction or advisory environment.
Good understanding of M&A processes, transaction lifecycle, and transaction documentation.
Working knowledge of financial reporting standards and their impact on financial modelling.
Experience working in multi-disciplinary and multicultural teams, preferably across multiple geographies.
