Senior Associate, Dispute Resolution (Mombasa) at HR Fleek

Qualifications, Experience, and knowledge:


An LL.B Degree with at least Second Class Upper Division from a recognized university - a masters and other relevant courses would be an added advantage.
Be actively practicing with a valid current practicing certificate.
At least Five (5) years of relevant post-admission experience in a reputable law firm.
Proven ability to manage client matters independently, including supervision of junior lawyers.
Demonstrated experience handling and managing complex civil, commercial, and constitutional litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution matters.
In-depth understanding of court procedures, case strategy development, and evidence management.
Strong advocacy experience before superior courts and tribunals.
Ability to manage client portfolios, develop litigation strategies, and lead case teams effectively.
Excellent legal drafting, research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as client centricity.
Proven ability to build and maintain appropriate strong and authentic relationships with internal firm partners, co-counsel and opposing counsel.
Passionate and enthusiastic about the law and its developments.
Possess a reputation for the highest ethical standards and integrity.
