Job Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic and insight-driven Senior Brand Strategist to lead the development of compelling brand and communication strategies across key client accounts.
The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with creativity, transforming consumer insights and market intelligence into impactful campaign directions and long-term brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of brand, campaign, and communication strategies for client accounts
Translate client briefs into clear strategic frameworks and creative directions
Conduct in-depth research including consumer insights, cultural trends, market analysis, and competitor reviews
Develop brand positioning, messaging architecture, and narrative frameworks
Collaborate with Creative, Digital, Media, PR, and Client Service teams to ensure alignment
Guide and review creative output to ensure consistency with strategic direction
Support pitch processes with strong strategic thinking and storytelling
Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future strategies
Develop and maintain strategic tools, templates, and frameworks
Stay ahead of industry trends and cultural shifts to elevate strategic output
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
4 - 7 years' experience in advertising, brand strategy, or communications planning
Strong experience within an advertising agency environment
Proven portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking across campaigns and brands
Solid understanding of integrated marketing communications and digital ecosystems
Ability to translate data and insights into clear, actionable strategies
Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills
