Job Summary


The Senior Branding BDM, Marketing & Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth, brand positioning, and strategic market expansion for the organization.
This role provides leadership in business development, branding strategy, marketing execution, and sales performance management.
The position focuses on strengthening corporate visibility, developing high-value client relationships, securing strategic contracts, and ensuring sustainable revenue generation across all business units.
The role requires a commercially driven professional with strong industry presence, negotiation expertise, and the ability to align brand identity with measurable sales performance.


Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth:


Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Lead client acquisition, retention, and relationship management initiatives.
Drive proposal development, bid submissions, and contract negotiations.
Expand corporate accounts and secure high-value contracts across target sectors.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, regulatory engagements, and executive meetings.
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, regulators, and corporate stakeholders.


Branding & Strategic Marketing:


Develop and oversee corporate branding strategy aligned with business objectives.
Ensure consistent brand positioning across digital, print, and corporate communications.
Lead brand visibility campaigns, PR initiatives, and corporate profiling efforts.
Supervise marketing content development (brochures, company profiles, proposals, digital campaigns).
Monitor brand perception and market positioning through analytics and feedback.
Oversee website, social media strategy, and digital marketing performance.
Approve and guide marketing materials to ensure professional and technical accuracy.
Support in the preparation of marketing collateral, presentations, and bid documents.


Sales Leadership & Performance Management:


Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs across business lines.
Lead, mentor, and coordinate the marketing and sales team.
Develop structured sales pipelines and CRM-driven performance tracking systems.
Analyze sales reports, customer data, and market trends to guide decisions.
Implement pricing strategies and commercial models aligned with profitability goals.
Drive cross-selling of fire systems, HSE solutions, access control, CCTV, and related services.
Ensure outstanding customer service and after-sales engagement.


Strategic Planning & Reporting:


Prepare monthly and quarterly business performance reports for management.
Conduct competitor and industry analysis to guide strategic positioning.
Contribute to corporate strategy development and expansion planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, branding standards, and ethical sales practices.
Support certification audits, tender documentation, and regulatory submissions where required.


Qualifications & Experience


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Engineering, or related discipline.
MBA or professional certification in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development is an added advantage.
Professional membership in relevant bodies (NIMN, CIM, NSE, etc.) is desirable.


Minimum Experience:


Minimum of 7 - 10 years experience in Branding, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development roles.
At least 3 - 5 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing corporate contracts.
Experience in safety, fire systems, engineering services, HSE, or technical services environment is highly desirable.

Travel Time:


The job requires a minimum of 20 - 30% travel time for client visits, project negotiations, exhibitions, and strategic meeting
