We are looking for a hands-on Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation within a retail environment. The role will focus on understanding current business processes, defining future-state requirements and supporting process and solution design across the programme.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business and process analysis across complex transformation initiatives.
Gather, document and translate business requirements into clear functional requirements.
Map As-Is and To-Be processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
Support business architecture and process design across the S/4HANA programme.
Facilitate workshops with business, finance, SAP and technology stakeholders.
Maintain process models and documentation using ARIS.
Support testing, requirements traceability, process validation and implementation activities.
Work closely with functional SAP teams to ensure business requirements are reflected in the solution.
Key Requirements
Strong, hands-on Business Analysis experience within large transformation programmes.
Previous SAP S/4HANA / ERP transformation exposure.
Strong process analysis, process design and business architecture capability.
Hands-on experience with ARIS.
Good understanding of Finance processes within a retail environment.
Experience working across complex, enterprise-scale programmes and multiple stakeholder groups.
Strong workshop facilitation, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Ideal Profile
A senior BA who can operate between business, process and SAP delivery teams, with strong retail/finance knowledge and the ability to independently drive requirements and process design.
