Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute strategies to grow the company's secured lending portfolio in your region.
Identify, engage, and acquire new high-value clients and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and portfolio growth.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Market Analysis & Regional Insights:
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activity.
Provide insights and recommendations to management to optimize product offerings and regional strategies.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
Mentor, guide, and oversee regional sales teams (where applicable).
Monitor team performance against targets and provide coaching for improvement.
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market developments, and client feedback.
Collaborate with central management to align regional strategies with company goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in business development or sales management within secured lending, credit, or financial services.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in the same industry.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be based in and familiar with the assigned location.
