in its quest to improve health care provision and specialization of health workers, NCMTC is recruiting two Senior Clinical Officers to lead the development, accreditation, implementation and continuous improvement of Higher Diploma programa in Clinical Medicine and Surgery within the assigned specialty area, while providing academic, clinical, and professional leadership to leamers, faculty, and institutional stakeholders. Initially, the emphasis will be on Reproductive Health (Machakos Campus and Ophthalmology (K Campus) but the staff will also be expected to initiate and guide the establishment of additional post-basic courses across the NCMTC campuses. Lead the development, accreditation, and implementation of Higher Diplome programs in the assigned specialty area
Coordinate curriculum design, review, and continuous improvement
Promotech, innovation, and evidence-based clinical practice
Build strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions, professional bodies, and other standers
Perform any other duties related to specialist clinical training and program developments may be assigned

A Master's degree in Clinical Medicine, Medical Education, Public Health, Heath Professions Education, or a related field

Qualifications & Skills
Higher Diploma in the relevant clinical speciality from a recognition
Bachelor's degree in a Health related field
Valid professional registration and practising licence.
