Salary scale: R276 578.40 (Post level 10)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 Relevant Diploma in SCM, Logistics and Procurement
Computer Literacy : MS Office Code B Driving licence
2-3 year's relevant experience
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Receiving Supplier Vendor Form Ensure printing of Tender documents.
Prepare Bid Evaluation monthly report and register status quo of Bid Evaluation Process.
Prepare tender opening, compulsory .briefing and sales register.
Prepare different agendas according to various inputs.
Prepare and submit minuets to the supervisor/chairperson of the committee to verify the correctness before distribution
Be able to work extended hours as and when required.
