Job Description

Responsibilities:


Support leadership in the delivery of regulatory, legal, and compliance engagements
Independently execute complex workstreams and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality
Perform detailed regulatory analysis and interpretation to identify compliance requirements and potential risks
Contribute to the development of high-quality client deliverables, including reports, memoranda, and compliance assessments
Support the effective implementation of compliance and regulatory initiatives across client organizations
Conduct ongoing regulatory research and maintain current knowledge of evolving regulatory landscapes and industry best practices
Develop and recommend compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures tailored to client needs
Present findings, recommendations, and compliance strategies to clients and internal stakeholders
Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants and support staff on regulatory and compliance matters
Identify compliance gaps and risks, and recommend practical solutions to address identified deficiencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated compliance solutions and consistent delivery of services
Exercise sound professional judgment in complex regulatory matters and escalate issues appropriately
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and on-time completion


Qualifications 4‑year legal degree or 2‑year post‑graduate legal degree


Admitted attorney
Compliance‑related diploma or certification
Post‑graduate qualification in law, regulation or a related field (advantageous)
