Senior procurement specialist provides process support to Supply Chain Management (SCM); provide requirements and obligations of utilizing defence material/property under Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Federal Acquisition Regulation/Defence Federal Acquisition Supplement (FAR/DFARS), contractual and business requirements.
