Job Summary
The candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the bank's core banking applications, ensuring system stability, resolving complex issues, and supporting business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end support for core banking applications
Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and system issues
Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
Work closely with vendors, developers, and internal teams
Ensure minimal downtime of banking systems
Mentor junior team members where required
Required Skills & Experience
10 - 12 years hands-on experience in core banking application support
Experience with any core banking system (platform not restricted)
Strong understanding of banking operations
Experience in production support environments
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
