We are seeking a Senior Corporate Finance Associate to join this dynamic team. This role involves providing expert advice on mergers and acquisitions, conducting valuations and due diligence reviews, and structuring comprehensive financial solutions for clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conceiving, researching, and identifying new business opportunities
Preparing presentations and proposals to pitch for new clients
Providing advisory services on mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions
Designing and structuring innovative financial solutions
Conducting equity and debt valuations and preparing related presentations
Performing financial and commercial due diligence reviews
Developing detailed financial models, particularly for infrastructure projects
Understanding and advising on debt and equity instruments
Interacting with clients and financial institutions to manage transactions
Capital raising for clients or specific projects
Managing the execution of deals from inception to completion
Reviewing and commenting on legal agreements related to transactions
Negotiating terms and conditions on behalf of clients
Maintaining ongoing client relationships and providing continuous advisory support
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Accounting or Finance
Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Bachelor of Business Science, or another suitable tertiary qualification in finance
1 to 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, or
3 to 5 years of experience in Financial Advisory services, or
Experience in the private equity or financial services industry
