Key Responsibilities
Specifically, the Senior Data Analyst at Peach can expect to own the following elements:
Data Flow and Structure
Map, document, and optimize how data moves across systems (CRM, AppSheet apps, Workpay, Pandadoc, 3CX, and teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Inspection, Fleet).
Implement data cataloging, lineage and version control to ensure trust and repeatability.
Identify and eliminate duplicate data entry across tools (CRM, spreadsheets, internal systems).
Partner with Product and IT to align on data architecture, integrations, and governance frameworks.
Design and maintain automated data pipelines and dashboards that centralize critical business metrics.
Reporting and Business Insights
Build, maintain, and enhance self service dashboards for company-wide KPIs (e.g., sales funnel, conversion, inventory movement, buyer engagement) to help in reducing manual reporting.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business strategy and performance improvement.
Collaborate with team leads to define success metrics and create analytical models to track performance.
Translate complex data findings into clear, visual stories for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
Data Quality and Governance
Develop and enforce company-wide data standards for naming, storage, and documentation.
Lead data validation, cleaning, and integrity checks to ensure accuracy across systems.
Train and support business teams on data best practices and tool usage.
Serve as the internal advocate for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics strategy -ideally within a cross-functional business or tech-driven environment.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI (experience with Python or other analytics tools is a plus)
Strong ability to translate data into insights that drive business results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to align on shared data goals.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in improving systems and processes.
Experience in setting up or maintaining a data warehouse or central reporting and/or background in automotive, marketplace, or operations-driven environments will be an added advantage.
