THE OPPORTUNITY


As the Senior Digital Implementation Specialist, you'll drive the successful execution of digital and investor portal projects for our enterprise clients in high-impact environments, while working with global leaders in the asset management industry. This role requires a unique blend of technical and solution architect prowess, leadership, and client engagement skills. It's an exceptional opportunity for a technical individual who has transitioned into client-facing and management roles, as you'll leverage both your deep technical expertise and your ability to manage client relationships and lead teams to deliver outstanding results.
This role will help shape AI's impact on our delivery capability, by exploring how we can incorporate AI into our solutions, define new ways of working, deliver with greater speed and accuracy, while adhering to our high technical and security standards.
Beyond the immediate focus, this opportunity offers you the pathway to grow into a full-stack solution architect role which spans both Kurtosys's reporting, digital and data solutions, all with a specific focus on the asset management industry.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Client Delivery Ownership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital and investor portal projects, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
Solution architect and technical Leadership: Oversee the development of digital and custom portal components, drawing on your front-end development expertise, including WordPress and related technologies to shape the solution and coordinate amongst product and delivery to execute the project to the agreed timelines.
Tailored Solutions: Use the Kurtosys Studio and standardised components, and emerging AI solutions, to craft customised solutions that meet specific client needs, all while adhering to agreed project timelines.
Integration Management: Handle complex data integrations with upstream and downstream systems, such as ETL processes, CRMs and SSO setups, for example, ensuring seamless functionality.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client goals, rallying the team to deliver top-quality work in a fast-paced and solution driven environment.
Client Partnership: Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, offering expert advice and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Inspiration: Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence, AI innovation and resilience to meet demanding schedules and client needs.


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS


Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: At least 6-10 years prior software development (or full stack developer) experience, with exposure to front-end technologies and client portals. 15 years career experience, with recent experience in client facing and managerial roles, preferably in financial services, and a proven track record of success.
Technical Expertise: Experience in solution architecture, particularly in designing and implementing complex portal and digital solutions. This includes a strong background in front-end and back-end development, RESTful APIs and backend integration and familiarity with cloud computing technologies are essential.
Integration Knowledge: Proven ability to manage data integrations (e.g., ETL, SSO), with experience in Salesforce or Snowflake being a bonus.
Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects. This includes the ability to mentor and guide development teams, motivating under pressure; managing client relationships, and ensure successful project delivery.
Innovative and AI first mindset: We are looking for an individual with a track record of driving innovation, challenging how things are done, and more recently driving AI adoption in practical ways that achieve compelling results.
Project Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, time-sensitive projects for enterprise clients.

Travel: Our clients are in Europe and North America. You may be required to travel to meet with clients from time to time, so the ability to secure Visas to the USA, Canada, UK, and the Schengen Zone is required.
