Key Qualifications
Master's degree in Development Studies, Statistics, Gender Studies, Economics, or Social Sciences.
7 - 10 years' experience conducting mixed-methods field research within East Africa's startup or MSME ecosystems.
Extensive networks with regional innovation hubs, women's entrepreneur associations, and youth tech communities outside Nairobi.
Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills.
