The Senior Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Executive, ensuring efficient coordination of daily operations, meetings, communications, and executive-level engagements. The role requires a proactive, highly organized individual capable of managing confidential information, prioritizing competing demands, and acting as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities


Provide comprehensive executive support to the Executive, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Manage and prioritize the Executive's calendar, ensuring optimal time management and scheduling efficiency
Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
Act as the first point of contact between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and leadership sessions, including logistics, agendas, and minutes
Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the Executive
Support preparation for high-level meetings, presentations, and stakeholder engagements
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
Track and manage key deadlines, commitments, and priorities on behalf of the Executive
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of executive directives
Support special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required
Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting for the Executive


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Minimum of 10 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior or C-suite executives in a reputable organization
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders
Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset
Experience in a corporate or multinational environment is an added advantage
