Responsibilities
- Creating visually appealing graphics and designs for various platforms including print, digital, and social media.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies.
- Producing high-quality design deliverables within tight deadlines.
- Creating and maintaining design guidelines and templates.
- Keeping up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand their design needs and objectives.
- Conducting research and producing sketches, storyboards, and mock-ups.
- Developing and maintaining the company's visual brand identity.
- Managing and organizing design files and assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.
- Experience working with both print and digital design.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
- Experience in UI/UX design is a plus.
