About the Role


We are looking for a Senior Growth Associate (B2C) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by engaging prospective learners and converting leads into enrolled students.


Key Responsibilities


Generate, manage, and convert inbound and outbound leads
Engage prospective students and guide them through the enrollment process
Promote learning programs and achieve sales targets
Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-ups
Track pipeline and performance using CRM tools.


Qualifications


B.Sc / HND in any related field with 2years' experience in sales, customer acquisition, or growth roles
Relevant sales or customer engagement certifications are an added advantage
Experience in EdTech, training, or digital products is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.
