What you will do

Job Purpose


The HR Business Partner acts as a part of the connected team of HR resources that are embedded within the business, providing advisory support as it relates to workforce and strategic talent planning, HR program development, and the implementation of HR initiatives.


Reporting: This position reports to the Director: People & Organization.

Job Objectives:


Provide consultation related to workforce and resource planning, performance management, change management delivery, and employee & labour relations within Volvo Group support functions and business units.
Conduct behavioural interviews for in-scope positions.
Compile workforce analytics to develop people-insights to support business performance.
Provide input for quarterly and annual business planning for client group.
Support people leaders to develop effective management and leadership behaviours through coaching and training.
Provide input to Global CoEs to define and implement forward-thinking workforce strategies and solutions to meet business environment needs.
Support local implementation of CoE-driven processes, policies and initiatives.
Gather requirements to help with the development of HR programmes, processes, and policies for specific business units based on business needs.
Manage change execution and foster a culture of support for change initiatives in client groups.

5-7 years of HR Business Partner experience.
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
