Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. CIPM or SHRM certification is an advantage with a minimum of 8 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience with Talent acquisition, retention and management specialization.
