Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to support the restructuring and strengthening of the HR function of a well-established multi-location healthcare organization in Lagos.
Assignment Overview
The Consultant will lead a 6-month HR restructuring project aimed at establishing a sustainable HR framework, strengthening governance systems, developing core HR policies and processes, and supporting the recruitment and onboarding of an HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct an HR audit and organizational assessment
Design an appropriate HR structure and reporting framework
Develop core HR policies, procedures, and documentation
Support the recruitment and selection of an HR Manager
Provide onboarding, mentorship, and transition support
Produce key project deliverables and implementation reports.
Requirements
Master`s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields
7 -10 years' progressive HR experience
Demonstrated experience in HR restructuring, organizational development, or HR systems design
Strong policy development and documentation skills
Experience supporting leadership teams and organizational change initiatives
Healthcare sector experience is an added advantage.
