Lington and Bernie Consulting Limited is recruiting to fill the position of: Senior Human Resources (HR) Consultant / Organizational Development Specialist. The position is located in Lagos State. The Consultant will lead a 6-month HR restructuring project aimed at establishing a sustainable HR framework, strengthening governance systems, developing core HR policies and processes, and supporting the recruitment and onboarding of an HR Manager. Interested candidates should possess a Master`s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields with 7 - 10 years' progressive HR experience.
