Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, or Governance roles. Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIA, CISA, CRMA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
